Dunstan is one of the shining lights of the Australian physical theatre scene. He is currently a Director with Dislocate, a company started by Dunstan and his colleagues in 1998 which is devoted to physical theatre projects Dunstan has also been a board member with Circus Oz.

Dunstan was trained in physical theatre through Circus Oz, Rock’n’Roll Circus and the Victorian Gymnastics Team. He also received dance training through Dance Factory and M.O.D.S. and clown training with Phillipe Gaulliere.

Dunstan has worked with many of Australia’s elite performance organizations as physical performer including: Circus Oz, Rock’n’Roll Circus, Queensland Theatre Company, Melbourne Theatre Company, Hothouse Theatre, Dislocate – Artistic Director and Performer, Horned Moon Productions, QPAT, Chamber Made Opera, Snuff Puppets, MDPE, The Australian Shakespeare Company and Legs on the wall. He has also performed in some of Australia’s most significant festivals and large-scale events including: the Sydney Olympic Games Festival, The Sydney Paralympics Closing Ceremony, the AFL Grandfinal, The Big Day Out to name a few.

Dunstan will be working with JOLT on THE NIS as an assistant director.
